How we work

Custom by design.

We work backward from constraint. Your organization, your actual staff capacity, your budget, your legal obligations — these aren't things to work around. They're the foundation we build on.

§ I Discovery

We map what you actually do, not what you're supposed to do.

Every engagement begins with honest diagnosis. We interview your clerk, your supervisor, your board. We audit your actual site, your actual workflows, your actual bottlenecks. Then we write a memo that names what we found — the gaps, the quick wins, the structural problems that need real time to fix.

This memo is often the entire first engagement. Sometimes it costs $500. Sometimes it's free, because we found a $10,000 problem nobody saw coming. What matters is that you're making decisions from fact, not fear.

§ II Build

Once we agree on what needs to happen, we build it. Custom. Not a template with your colors poured in. Not a platform you'll inherit and resent. Built for you.

If it's a website, we design it so your clerk can manage it without training, your supervisor can update it without calling us, and your next person inheriting it can do the same. If it's a process, we document it so the next person doesn't reinvent it. If it's strategy, we hand you a one-page guide you can actually use.

Everything we build is built to survive staff turnover, elections, and budget cycles.

§ III Partnership

Most consulting ends. We don't.

After we build, we're there. Your site needs a content update. A new policy goes online. You got a Title II complaint and don't know what to do. You call, we answer. We're not a vendor you hired once. We're the person you have on speed dial.
