§ I What we do

We are the person a small organization wishes it could afford to hire.

Most consultancies are built for clients with seven-figure budgets and dedicated staff. Most freelancers are built for a single project at a time. Small towns and lean nonprofits live in the gap between — too much work for one stretched clerk, not enough work for a full hire. That gap is the practice.

01 Municipal web operations

Board minutes, agendas, public notices, local laws — published on schedule, written in plain language, fully accessible. Your clerk sends a document; we do the rest. The April 2028 ADA Title II deadline becomes a quiet checklist instead of a panic.

02 Organizational strategy

For nonprofits and small public bodies finding themselves stretched past their original design. We map what the organization actually does, name the constraints honestly, and rebuild operations so the next year doesn't feel like the last one.

§ II The discipline

The clerk does not have time to learn another platform. The supervisor does not have political capital to spare on a redesign. We work in the reality that small organizations actually live in.

Restraint

We do not sell platforms. We do not require training sessions. We do not introduce a tool your staff will inherit and resent. The fewer moving parts, the more durable the result.

Continuity

Elections change supervisors. Grants end. Staff turn over. The work has to survive that. We design every engagement so the next person inheriting it has something they can actually use.

Specificity

Generalities are the enemy of small budgets. Every recommendation we make names the exact action, the person who owns it, and the week it gets done. Anything else is decoration.

Honesty

If a project is wrong for us, we say so. If a town would be better served by an internal hire, a grant, or doing nothing for a year, we say that too. The work we take, we take because we are the right answer.
